Approved by the Apple Records, Ltd. the Beatles original record label, this rare, NEW Yellow Submarine Limited Edition Jukebox is housed in a bubbler style wooded cabinet with the familiar arched top. However, instead of the natural woodstain of Rock Ola's classic Bubbler Jukeboxes, the Yellow Submarine gleams with a very bright, shiny, Electric Yellow finish all over. A trio of fat, funky yellow colored 'periscopes' comically protrude from the top and center of the jukebox, just as they do from the animated submarine from the international hit movie of the the same name.The front panels of the Yellow Submarine Jukebox offer beguiling images taken directly from the film. Brightly colored top panels display cartoon style representations of the Fab Four Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, George Harrison, and John Lennon with the famous imaginary of the submarine itself.Two rotating side panels feature vividly colored pictures of the submarine, along with various characters and creatures from the movie, including the jolly 'Submarine Captain' and the dreaded 'flying Glove'. Individual cartoon portraits of John, Paul, George, and Ringo adorn the lower front and center of the jukebox;the legendary foursome appears to be smiling and waving from a series of vertically alighned portholes. Bright red plastic feet and bright red accent trim complete the Yellow Submarine's authentically psychedelic color scheme. This box comes New complete with the original, numbered "Certificate of Authenticity" from Rock Ola.There was only 100 of these made. Each of the Beatles received one, along with their producer and Yoko Ono.
