This game is sweeping the country at nearly the pace the golfs did in the late 90's. This game is a factory designed conversion in to a factory golden tee cabinet. All of the "guts" are brand NEW. Only the monitor and cabinet are from the original game. The control panel, artwork, track ball, and buttons are all new as well. Every street operator can use more of these. Warranty, Shipping, and Payment Information Below Another Fine Offering By Apollo Amusements WARRANTY: There is a 30 day warranty on the computer board from the time you receive the game (on the CPU board only), in addition, every game purchased receives LIFETIME phone tech support at no charge. Mechanical machines (games without Solid State Electronics) can not be warranted. In the event of a malfunctioning game employ the following procedure: You must contact us immediately upon discovering a problem. You must be able to be our eyes and ears and accept instruction from our technical staff over the phone. Most problems are a loose connection. If the problem is still unsolved, only under the advice of our technician, the CPU Board may be sent back to us (at the customer’s expense) for service. The board is then tested, repaired (if needed) or replaced, and then sent back to the customer (at our expense). If the board checks out and the problem still exists… In most cases, this is the time for an outside technician. Again, warranty does not cover any outside service techs under any circumstances. But we do broaden the warranty to cover most any parts. Customer is responsible for shipping charges, in both directions, or large or heavy parts, i.e.; TV monitor, transformers, etc… Other exemptions to our warranty, ANY solid state Gottlieb pinball manufactured before 1984, any CD Rom based game, and laser disk game. Local Sale: All conditions apply except you may choose to have us come to you on a warranty service call. (That is a ½ price service call during the first 30 days of ownership). WARRANTY MAY BECOME VOID IF THE STEPS OUTLINED ABOVE ARE NOT FOLLOWED. A note from the owner, I realize that the warranty sounds a little chilly. Unfortunately, there are people out there that have taken advantage of my good nature. I wish it were not so, but it is. So for these people I have to be perfectly clear about what is covered and what is not covered. It is my goal to please all of my customers. Having started as a collector myself, I understand the frustration and embarrassment of having friends come over and the “New Toy” you just bought doesn’t work. So when you get your machine, I want you to contact me with your opinions (good or bad) and if there is a problem, I will go out of my way to stretch the boundaries of the warranty for those who conduct themselves in a professional and business like manner. SHIPPING: You have a couple of different shipping options that are available. Option 1 - LTL Road Motor Lines – Door to door delivery (literally) with lift gate service. $289.99 to most of the Mid and Eastern USA. West Coast addresses, add $60. A few other areas throughout the US are exempt and must add the additional $60. Please confirm your address with us prior to bidding. With this service, your game is first shrink-wrapped, then a skin of cardboard is applied, game is then shrink-wrapped again, and finally it is strapped to an all wood pallet with ½” Solid State Strapping. For an additional $80, you can have your game crated with plywood on all four sides and a roof. Option 2 – Allied or North American Van Lines – Our Red Carpet Service - Call or write for a quote, minimum of $500 per item, includes inside delivery and set up by hand. Machines are individually blanketed, wrapped, delivered, and installed in your home. Insurance – You can insure any game we sell. $20 insures a game valued at $2,000 or less. $40 insures a game up to $4000. Obtain a quote for any item of greater value. Please understand all refurbished games once purchased are 2-3 weeks in production being “tested and tuned”. It’s certainly more complicated than shipping “Beanie Babies”. We are a legitimate full time business with three stores in Florida. We have all the facilities to best prepare your game for a safe ride to you to ensure service after the sale. Most sellers online are private collectors themselves, and are unable to help if something goes wrong before, during, or after shipping. All of our reconditioned games have a 30-day warranty (on the CPU Board only). This practice is unheard of on EBay and according to EBay something I am not obligated to do. Our local customers receive it, so why shouldn’t you? We are very proud of our technical staff, but it is obvious we can’t make service calls to Timbuktu. Therefore, in the event of a failure, you must be willing to either stick your hands in the game or employ someone else to do it. Most sellers will not tell you what I am telling you. They want you to believe their game is “Mint” and will never break. Obviously, that’s impossible. I can assure you every seller who shops a game and puts it on a pallet, crosses his fingers, curls his toes, and prays until it gets there. Remember, in most cases you are bidding on coin-operated computer equipment that are 15+ years old. How old is your computer? How old will it be when you replace it? Certainly not as old as Galaga, that was produced in 1980. Please temper your expectations. Keep them in context and you will not be disappointed. Having said all that, you can believe me when I say, every game we sell goes through a rigid series of tests and a complete checklist to insure that it is Location Quality before it leaves our facilities.
